Wine Making

All aspects of winemaking occurs right here in Dry Creek Valley, Sonoma County, California. Grapes arrive early in the morning and the crush begins!  The smell of fresh fruit falling through the crusher and the aroma of yeast and fermentation is the must changing into wine.

Throughout the year Phyllis oversees the wines as they age in the barrel while the smell of wine and oak fill the cellar.
